To bequeath assets to TechnoServe and to ensure your wishes are successfully carried out, you need to use specific language in your last will and testament:
“I give, devise and bequeath to TechnoServe (EIN #132626135) in Arlington, VA, the sum of $________ for the benefit of TechnoServe and its general purposes.”
