Carolina Cely

Country Director, Mexico

As Country Director for TechnoServe’s Mexico operations, Carolina Cely provides strategic and operational leadership to a growing and increasingly diverse country platform. She is a seasoned economic development professional with 20 years of prior experience at TechnoServe.

Before joining TechnoServe Mexico, Carolina was an Associate at Organizational Performance Group (OPG), where she managed organizational development projects and client engagements and led initiatives to increase organizational effectiveness. Prior to OPG, Carolina was a program manager and operations director for TechnoServe’s Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region, where she provided operational and program management oversight to 10 countries, developing extensive experience building organizational capacity, improving compliance and operational processes, managing stakeholder relationships, leading change management initiatives, negotiating awards, and facilitating knowledge sharing.
